My signature offering, chakra balancing sessions are great way to give yourself an energetic reset through reiki. During a chakra balancing session, universal life force energy is channeled from the practitioner (myself) to the recipient by placing their hands on or near the body, with the goal of restoring energetic balance to the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.

All chakra balancing sessions include aromatherapy, gentle breathwork, meditation, and sound healing.

Chakra balancing sessions are held at a private healing space in West LA (address provided upon booking) or from the comfort of your own home (travel fees apply).

$150 for 60 minutes or $200 for 90 minutes

Distance reiki can be just as effective as an in-person session, and works according to the ancient principle that we are all made up of energy, and therefore, are all connected across distance and time.

In distance reiki, the practitioner connects with the recipient’s energy field through intention and specific distance reiki symbols. Once tuned-in, the healing frequencies of reiki can be shared across any distance in time and space.

The reiki will move through your body, healing the areas that need it most, moving out stagnant energy, and restoring balance to your energy centers (chakras).

$55 for 30 minutes or $75 for 60 minutes

During a private soundbath, I will use instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to “bathe” you in healing sound frequencies.

All private sound healing sessions incorporate breath awareness, meditation, and aromatherapy; reiki can be added on for an additional cost.
